安全作为一种文明对预防风电企业事故发生，减少重大隐患有着不可替代的作用。通过对风电安全运营和生产研究目的在于：起到保护国家和集体公共财产，重视安全管理问题在风电企业中强基固本、降本增效等经济技术决策中的核心地位的共识。结论有：一是风电场设备简单，实行集中监控、运营管理模式自身的不足及多种方式并存、主要危险源的存在、风电输送中对电网的影响因素都是安全问题的原因;二是构建了风电场安全生产达标评级工作流程以及各阶段完成任务分解、构建了风电行业安全预警系统工作流程、加强落实安全生产标准化13个核心要素的意义;三是智能电网的建设用来解决并网的难题，科学监控下状态维修的必要性;四是重视人才和技术创新能力的培养，健全新能源风电行业政策体系、内化传承和创新风电安全文化建设都是提升风电企业安全问题的有效手段。
