江苏华星东方承建的江西省赣州市南康生活垃圾焚烧发电项目烟气净化工程于2023年4月11日通过72+24小时试运行。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing-east for Nankang waste incineration power plant in Ganzhou, Jiangxi passed 72+24 hours trial operation on April 11, 2023.
该项目总规模为2000t/d，分两期建设。一期（本期）工程日处理生活垃圾1000t，建设2条处理能力500t/d的生活垃圾炉排炉焚烧线，配套安装1台额定30MW的凝汽式汽轮发电机组（预留二期扩建1000t/d生产线场地）。烟气处理采用“炉内SNCR＋半干法(旋转喷雾)＋干法(干粉喷射)＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除尘+飞灰输送、储存及稳定化工艺”的烟气净化工艺，为我司EPC工程。
The plant total capacity is 2000 t/d and will be constructed in 2 phases. The 1st (current) phase of the plant has a treatment capacity of 1000 t/d of municipal solid waste. Two 500 t/d incineration lines will be constructed, along with the installation of one condensing steam turbine generator with rated power 30 MW (expansion of 1000 t/d production line for 2nd phase reserved). The FGC process applied "In-furnace SNCR + semi-dry rotary spray + dry powder injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization". It is an EPC project of Huaxing.
